Barrilito Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Ron del Barrilito Three Stars
3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
3 Dashes Orange Bitters
½ oz. Simple Syrup
Orange Peel Garnish
RECIPE
Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass
Add ice into Mixing Glass
Stir it for 10 seconds
Strain mix into an old fashioned glass filled with ice
Squeeze orange peel on top of glass and place on top of the drink

2 oz. Ron del Barrilito Two Stars
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Soda Water
Mint Sprig Garnish
RECIPE
Place the mint leaves in a highball glass
Pour the rum in the glass
Gently muddle the mint with the rum
Add all other ingredients into the glass
Stir to mix the ingredients
Garnish with mint sprig

2 oz Ron del Barrilito Two Stars
2 oz Passion Fruit Juice
2 oz Acerola Juice
Ice
Garnish – Mint Leaves And Dehydrated Apple
RECIPE
Add ice to highball glass
Pour all the ingredients into the cocktail glass
Stir mix with bar spoon
Garnish with dehydrated apple and mint leaves
Piña Colada Hand Shaken
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz Ron del Barrilito Two Stars
2 oz Coconut Cream
4 oz Pineapple Juice
Top With Crushed Ice
Garnish – Dehydrated Pineapple
RECIPE
Pour all ingredients into the cocktail shaker
Add ice into shaker
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
Pour cocktail into highball glass
Garnish with dehydrated pineapple
