While we can't reveal our exact formula, we can say that all of our rum's are aged in ex-oloroso white oak sherry barrels for varying lengths. Two Stars is aged for 3-5 years, Three Stars is aged for 6-10 years, Four Stars is aged for up to 20 years, and Five Stars is aged for up to 35 years. All of our products go through the ancient process of maceration to impart their characteristic flavor profile and aroma. From there, all products are blended and bottled in very small batches, overseen by our renowned Master Blender Luis Planas. We use no added sugars, artificial flavorings, or caramel coloring. The deep amber hue of our rums happens naturally, through the undisturbed aging process.The only water we use is sustainably harvested from rainfall and each bottle is labeled and packed by hand.
